Once your order ships, a notification with the tracking number will be sent to your email address. If you have not received your
tracking information and it has been over 2 business days, please send us an email.
In the event an item is out of stock when your order is placed, we will notify you via email. Backordered items take an average of 3-4 weeks to arrive as the manufacturer is located in overseas. We will inform you once the item arrives and ship at no cost to you. If you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email and we will issue a full refund.

behind our products. Items in new condition (unopened/unused) may be
returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked!

We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and insure
the package for the cost of the item(s). Once the item(s) are received,
we will either issue a refund or ship the replacement item(s) to you at

Approved refunds will be processed and applied as a credit to your
original method of payment within 1-2 business days of receipt of the
item(s). It can take 5-10 business days for the amount to be reflected
